Ferro Tech was founded by Mr. Braja Mishra in 2007 with the purpose of technology driven marketing of ferro niobium. The company gradually developed business of international trade in Oil Country Tubular Goods, Valves and Linepipes. Further, it diversified into trading of ferroalloys and steel products as well as providing consultancy services for steel mills & end users. Ferro Tech group has also now forayed into the business of educational technology, infrastructure development and soft magnetic materials.

Over a period of time, the group developed expertise in all activities related to the oil & gas sector such as development of the linepipe steels across leading steel mills of the world, pipe making and pipe laying.
