Tarun Agarwal is responsible for overall corporate finance, strategic formulations related to business development, commercials and cost control, corporate laws, investments, foreign exchange and risk management, MIS, taxation, statutory compliances, audits, joint ventures, setting up overseas wholly owned subsidiaries.

He possesses rich experience spanning over three decades in the areas of business, corporate finance, new project implementations and banking. Prior to joining Ferro Tech in 2010, he has worked with various reputed organizations in leadership positions.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and C.S. (Grad) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, He also hold Bachelors degree in Commerce and Law from the Mumbai University. He has a diploma in Business Consultancy Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in collaboration with Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society and a Post-Graduation Diploma in Foreign Exchange and Risk Management from World Trade Institute, Mumbai.

Sukanta and Braja joined hands in 2011 to form a company Tarini Infra Projects Pvt ltd. The company has since completed many infra projects in Orissa.

Suraj and Braja cofounded Edprosys India Pvt Ltd as a startup to cater to educational sector. Suraj had developed and launched his idea to create a digital platform to improve efficiency of educational institutes and accessibility to parents and teachers thereby harmonizing the ecosystem of educational institutes. Suraj has also won the Young Entrepreneur Award in 2016 held at Stockholm. Edprosys was recognized and registered in Startup India in February 2017.

Mr. Pallav Agarwal has a successful career of over 30 years in the field of finance, administration, resource mobilization, treasury management/ portfolio management he has successfully delivered business impact through business restructuring, acquisition & divestment of business enterprises.

Vishwanathan has been with the Group since 2012 and his responsibilities include regular assessment of the market for steel linepipes in the oil & gas sector in India, offering technical services for product development/process improvement in steel mills and evaluating techno-economic feasibility of new projects for the Ferro Tech Group. He is also involved in the Group’s investment initiative in the manufacturing of niche metal products in India towards the ‘Make-in-India’ initiative.

He has 13 years of industrial experience having started his career with a TVS Group company, Sundaram Clayton Ltd. in its QA department where he was later handling business planning activities of its die casting unit when he decided to take a break to pursue higher studies abroad. He later joined the R&D unit of Corus, (now Tata Steel UK) and was handling all research and development activities for its quenched and tempered plates segment. The responsibilities included regular liaison with the Works, regular lectures at National Metals Technology Center, UK (NAMTEC) and writing research reports.

Vishwanathan has Master’s and PhD degrees in steel metallurgy from the University of Sheffield, UK. He has also authored 19 technical articles and conference papers published in international journals, conferences proceedings and magazines.

Tapan’s 13 years of experience include three years in information technology after which he joined Ferro Tech as one of the first team member on board and has been instrumental in streamlining business operations since 2008.

As business development team member, Tapan’s responsibilities include formulating strategic business development initiatives. He has been instrumental in nurturing business partnerships, and creating new sales opportunities by acquiring new large-scale clients.He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business & Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics.

Prashant is associated with Ferro Tech since 2015. As Technical Assistant, he liaises with all the group companies, monitors their activities and prepares reports for the Board of Directors. His responsibilities also include consultancy services for the Steel industry (especially Stainless Steel) provided by Ferro Tech.

He possesses rich experience of over 5 years in R&D division of Jindal Stainless Ltd. where his role encompassed entire spectrum of activities like new product development, defect analysis, quality control and customer support.

Prashant is a Bachelor of Technology from IIT-Varanasi (BHU) in Metallurgical Engineering. He has also published 10 research papers, conference proceedings and technical articles.

25 years of experience in business development, strategic partnership, establishing new businesses, international marketing. Have worked with various manufacturers in the past producing Seamless Pipes, ERW Pipes, LSAW / HSAW Pipe. Prior to taking up the this journey heading international marketing as Executive Vice President at ISMT Ltd & also was heading both Far East & Europe region while at Welspun Corp wherein developed new markets & executed major projects in North America / Canada / Europe / Far East Countries.

Over 12 years of professional experience in the Global Oil & Gas projects for the supply of pipes as a lead Marketing Manager. He was working in the premiere Indian Pipe manufacturers like Welspun, Man Industries, Maharashtra Seamless before moving to UAE & doing trading of steel products worldwide.

Nayan is associated with Ferro Tech since 2015. His responsibilities include sales, new business development and day to day commercial activities in Ferro Tech.

He started his professional career with Jindal Stainless Limited in the year 2012 where he was looking after product planning. He later moved to sales and marketing in Gujarat where he was instrumental in increasing sales by over 200% and was also one of the key members in launching a new customized grade of stainless steel.

Nayan is a Bachelor of Technology from IIT-Varanasi (BHU) in Electrical Engineering
